• What type of hair do you use for your wigs and bundles?
  We believe quality is everything for a flawless look! We use only 100% premium human hair (Virgin, Raw or Single Donor Bundles) known for its beautiful appearance, longevity, and ability to be customized perfectly with colour and style.
• I’m completely new to wigs. Which type would you suggest for a beginner?
  Welcome to the world of wigs! Many beginners find closure wigs or glueless lace front wigs quite user-friendly. Starting with a style or length that feels comfortable and familiar can also help. Our ready-to-ship section is great for exploring, or feel free to ask questions or tell us your vision – we’re happy to offer personalized recommendations!
• What’s the difference between a ready-to-ship wig and a custom wig?
  Ready-to-ship wigs are pre-made units available for immediate purchase as shown. Custom wigs are made-to-order, created specifically for you based on your desired color, style, and length preferences. They allow for ultimate self-expression!

Custom Wig Orders

• How do I order a custom wig?
  It’s simple to start creating your dream wig! Just fill out our “Wig Customizer” form, telling us about the colour, style, and length you envision. You can even upload inspiration photos! Alternatively, send us an email with the details via our contact us page.
• What parts of the wig can I customize?
  Let your creativity flow! You can fully customize the Color (send us pictures!), the Style (cut, texture – wavy, straight, curls), Density and the Length. We work with you to bring your unique vision to life.
• How long does it take to receive a custom wig?
  Crafting your unique piece takes special care. Production for custom wigs typically takes 4-6 weeks after we finalize all the details with you. We’ll give you a specific estimate when you order.

Ordering

• Are the prices on your website in Canadian Dollars (CAD)?
  Yes, absolutely! All prices you see listed on our site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal. Our checkout process is secure.
• Do you accept installment payments?
  Yes we do! We offer installment plans in partnership with PayPlan by RBC. This allows you to break down your purchase over time.

• Besides creating custom wigs, do you offer other services like installation or colouring wigs I already own?
  Our main focus and passion lie in crafting your perfect wig right from the start, whether ready-to-ship or fully custom. We currently don’t offer installation or colouring/styling services for wigs not purchased from us or after purchase. We recommend finding a trusted local stylist who specializes in wig services for those needs.
