How long does shipping usually take?
For ready-to-ship items within Canada, expect delivery in approximately 3-7 business days. Custom wig orders require production time plus shipping time. International shipping times vary.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we love our international clients! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

How long can I expect my human hair wig or bundles to last?
With proper care and maintenance, our high-quality human hair products are designed for longevity, often lasting 2 years or much longer, depending on wear frequency and your care routine. Following our recommended care instructions included with your order is key!
How do I care for my new wig?
To keep your wig looking gorgeous, treat it gently! We recommend using sulphate-free hair products, washing only when needed, detangling carefully with and air drying. We include a basic care guide with your order!
What is your return or exchange policy?
Custom wigs are final sale for hygiene reasons because they are made just for you. We work closely with you during the consultation/ordering process to ensure you love your design! Ready-to-ship wigs and unopened bundles may be eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of receipt if they are in original, unworn condition.
